  It's a god place and good service. The room was spacious and we had a balcony that has the ocean view. Quite nice! The bathroom needs a little update though and the thermostat is either a little too hot even though we already turned it off.

  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WITH CHILDREN.The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and must. The rooms were not properly cleaned, very dirty bathrooms and carpets. Only one elevator worked the whole stay there. The cleaning staff were rude and yelled at my two small children and management did not follow up or assist us in dealing with the matter. DO NOT STAY AT THE HIGHLINER- save your money and go else where

  I'm very happy with the view,other than that the hot water In the tub has to run for 30 minutes. This is no joke,before it got hot. The pop machine on my floor has only diet Pepsi. Not cool,but I'm happy to be in a pIace i haven't been.

  Nice hotel, but it really needs some tlc. Food is great. Service is great as well.

  Checked in at night and the girl there as very slow and could not multi task at all, but was friendly and pleasant. Upon checkout we discover that were charged the rack rate instead of getting our discount, we also could of had a renovated room , the lady in the morning fixed it all , she was very efficient.
