  Friendly staff pet's allowed wich is awesome because I travel with my dogs they even gave the pups a little welcome cookie treat.

  Everytime the door to the bathroom closed the window would flex out about an 1inch(almost falling out of the frame) Drunks were shouting and fighting outside the window which was facing a back alley. Very basic rooms, beds were hard, pillows were flat. Showering was a bit of a challange as well, when the neighbour flushed their toilet I got scalded in the shower. No a/c, room was roasting hot. Barely slept. Musty smell everywhere you went. Staff was friendly and efficient.

  I've stayed there a couple times, my husband travels to prince rupert several times a year for buisness and always stays there. Lovely place, very friendly staff. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Truly a home away from home.

  Wonderful staff here were able to get us in to a room hours early so we could sleep after our 6 am ferry arrival. Very much appreciated.
