  The pizza taste is usually decent, despite these issues. Price is generally lower than competition. For me though, if I'm ordering a pizza I'd rather have something consistent and not frustrating to eat for a slightly higher price.

  Pieces are rarely fully cut, resulting in toppings getting ripped off as you try to get a piece, unless you want to cut the pizza yourself beforehand, or as you pick up different pieces. Why not just get a frozen pizza at that point?

  Hot wings are very mild and not hot at all in my opinion. Someone with a very low spice tolerance might appreciate them. Otherwise, a disappointment.

  Usually very good but have gotten my order mixed up by delivery driver a few times. They have gotten better at ringing doorbells. Perfect if you pick up though.

  Pizza has been cut off center several times now, resulting in several oversized awkwardly long pieces that you basically have to eat with a knife and fork, and a few comically small pieces. Pretty sure I'm supposed to be able to eat my pizza with one hand and no utensils.
