  I called Sannich plumbing to clean our furnace. First of all it took them about 6 weeks to get back to me. Then they got back to me and finally looked at it. They said it needed a valve and would cost about $400.00. I told them to go ahead with the work. I was totally shocked when I got a bill for over twice that amount. I called another company and they told me that the original quote was about right. They also told me that they have had other people calling them recently with a similar experience. The other company said that you could get a new furnace for about $1855.00. Probably not from Sannich plumbing and Heating though:0( I would give them no stars if I had that possibility. If you are going to get this company to do the work,I would advise getting a written quote. Afterwards they denied giving me the quote. I heard from a contractor friend afterwards that there are much better companies up there.

  You might have had a good experience with them before but I was told that a couple of years ago they got new people in there. BUT good luck if you decide to use them.

  Not good work then would not come back it fix it right.
