  My name is Shelley (Denise) Russell and have recently had my front left fender repaired by Joe's Auto Body in Prince Rupert. The service was positive and friendly and they answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns. I picked my car up in far better shape than I had dropped off, not counting the dent. They washed the car inside and out and when I asked about why one of my concerns was not addressed, I was given an informative honest answer. I appreciated the professionalism and friendly behaviours of the entire staff, and I thank you all.

  Brought in our car for a front bumper replacement that was covered by insurance. Was expecting that to be the only thing done to it, the full interior detailing was a VERY nice surprise! We have two young kids and cleaning the car takes a back seat to a lot of other stuff these days & doesn't get done very often, getting to drive away in a car that was cleaner than the day we picked it up from the dealership was a real treat. Thanks for putting in that extra touch guys!
