  Unfortunately we were forced to stay here for 2 nights due to everything in Rupert being fully booked up. The view is great and the rooms are ok but there are a lot these gross bugs crawling out from the walls or carpet? I am not talking a couple either. There were many. The front desk was not helpful. I was also treated like coldly when I asked for an extra towel. Since we were forced to stay we tried to figure out solutions like bug spray or a vacuum to but nothing. Rude and unhelpful.

  Motel was nice and clean. But that's not what I was impressed with. I left a $200 BOSE speaker in the room. Didn't realize it was gone till a week later. Called them up and they said they had it and shipped it to me the next day. Very happy with the service.

  I am writing this review as my stay is coming to an end. It has been a good experience all around. The room I am in is quite small so their is not much space for a lot of luggage(One large suitcase and a small one or two). It is clean and in good condition. The staff including front desk and cleaners are all very cordial. There is a small lounge overlooking the harbour where cereal, pancakes, tea and coffee are provided for a light breakfast(self-serve).

  We'll try another hotel next time. Friendly staff. I'm not sure if that little fan thing is supposed to be a fan or a heater. It does look cheap.

  Expensive king suite had no air conditioning. There is a pedestal fan in the room. Tiny little refrigerator. Nice view of the water . No balcony for this room and the window just has one little square that we can open.

  I took their cheapest room which looks out onto the city with Mt. Hays in the background. Expect some noise from traffic but quiet at night until about 7.00 A.M. when the working class start moving about.

  Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again but I would most likely take a different room overlooking the beautiful harbour.

  The INN is located within walking distance of many restaurants, the main mall in Prince Rupert, a movie theater and many other stores. It is less than a ten minute drive from the Ferry Terminals. This being December it is not overly busy. People are very friendly in Prince Rupert so don't hesitate to approach people if you have questions.
