Amazing food! I went there to have breakfast with my family before I left for Victoria and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service or food! Will definitely pop by again when I am in Prince Rupert!

Only saving grace keeping this from zero stars was the friendly service from the front desk. Also I like that their mini fridge has a freezer also. The room had no toilet paper in it when we first got there, they cheaped out with styrofoam cups in the rooms, the furniture isn't just outdated, it's gouged and missing parts, there's no AC, and NO continental breakfast. Not to mention the area's sketchy and littered with drunkards and bums. Thank god we personally haven't found any bed bugs....yet. 178 yelp reviews said this place has bed bugs. If we weren't put up here by our company for work, we wouldn't be staying here. Not worth it. Spend the extra $5-20 and stay at the Prestige just down the street.

Don't look for air conditioning in this hotel - aside from maybe the hallways. It was two humid, summer nights in the quaint little town of Prince Rupert, with only one electric fan to help cool the place down - probably not a problem in the winter months. The restaurant features average, cafeteria-like food, but there are other eateries in town, along with Pubs, coffee shops, and tourist attractions. Prince Rupert is a fishing town with one of the deepest natural ports in the Northwest. There's a nice marina with lots of slips for traveling boaters.

Liked the restaurant though, too bad the staff are thieves.

Incredibly rude front desk staff. Tried to steal my deposit and then insinuate I smoked in the room, well I'm a non smoker you clowns, I still can't believe it. Seriously anywhere is better than there.

This is often our place of choice for a good breakfast at a great price. The atmosphere is a little dated but the service is personable and fast. I'd highly recommend stopping here for a simple coffee and some food.
