A well maintained trail, roughly 2-3km long. Not good for strollers. Great for a brisk hike or trail run. Scenic and follows along the river. Comes out near the Civic Centre at one end and near the waterfront / Marina on the other.

Quiet friendly place to ho walking

Taking this path is better than walking by the noisy busy highway. However, the trail is muddy, and slippery when wet. Also, after a storm, trees can come down on the path.
