  Having to turn up at 5:30 AM for the 7:30 AM sailing seems a little inefficient and unnecessary. Seems like this could be optimized. I'm not boarding a plane or doing a passport check. Although a plane might be cheaper :-) Note: They will want to see a legal ID before letting you on. We posted a picture-less BC medical card for our non-adult daughter which they accepted.

  A place to get the ferry. There are washrooms and the attendants give clear instructions.

  On the ferry -- for which the ticket cost well over $1,000 -- there is no WiFi! :-( And I reserved a seat in the exclusive lounge but the seat mechanism doesn't work.
